Marley: A Dog Like No Other. John Grogan
Great book! Very funny, well written and that shouldn't be a surprise (an author is a journalist) but the whole concept of dog-adventure themes is great! Highest recommendations!

It's one of the best books of my childhood. I've read it quite a long time ago but I still remember Heidi's adventures and I recommend this book not only for children but also adults. Sometimes it's nice to transfer to some distant place in time and space and to keep your imagination on the go :)

Extraordinary book. Wonderfully written - with humor and taste. And very touching, I must say that I cried heavily at the end... And fact that the story is based on real-life events makes the book even more interesting and engaging.
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
This book was really terrifying but I think it's too much for me. I couldn't bare these awful descriptions of masochist procedures and abnormal behavior. Larsson's book is interesting that's for sure but I think it's not for me.
